How much does an electrician cost?

Every home is different, so we price each job individually. We look at the work — in person when needed — and give you a clear price before anything starts. Customers regularly describe our pricing as fair and competitive.

Do you handle emergencies?

Yes. For no power, sparking, a burning smell or a hot panel, call (206) 637-1988 any time. If you smell burning or see smoke, leave the building and call 911 first.

Can you install a Tesla or other EV charger at home?

Yes. We install Level 2 chargers for Tesla and every other EV brand. We check that your panel can take the extra load first, then run a dedicated circuit to where you park.

Do you pull permits and deal with inspections?

Yes. When a job needs a permit, we handle the permit, the inspection and any coordination with your utility.

My house still has knob and tube wiring. Is that a problem?

Knob and tube wiring has no ground and was not designed for modern loads, and many insurers will not cover it. We can assess it and replace it with modern grounded circuits.
